Julia is the Chief Legal Counsel and Company Secretary for CEC. Julia has previously held several senior positions in both the private and public sector, including as Management Head of the ZCCM Legal Department, and has held various senior positions in CEC.

She has over 30 years’ experience in Corporate and Commercial law and has specialised in energy, construction, and mining law.

Julia is an active member of the Law Association of Zambia and currently sits on the Electoral Committee. She holds membership in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Zambia.
