CEC provides international wheeling services, allowing the transmission of power across its network to third-party users for cross-border transfers, primarily between Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

The Company’s co-owned Zambia-DRC interconnector with SNEL serves as the primary conduit for this service, enabling power flow between the interconnected Southern African grid and the DRC.
