London is the current Chairperson of the CEC Board and chair of the Nominations Committee. He is also a Member of the Executive and the Health, Safety, Environment, and Social Committees.

He is a Fellow of the Engineering Institution of Zambia, with wide experience in the mining sector obtained through his business involvements. He is currently the principal shareholder and team leader of Shawonga Enterprises Limited, a technical procurement and engineering company, and ZINPRO Zambia, an engineering procurement construction management company, which he chairs.

He has previously served as board member of a number of financial institutions in Zambia.
