Joe is a Non-Executive Director of the Board and serves as Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee and Member of the Remuneration and Employee Development Committee.

He is a chartered accountant with over 40 years’ experience both in the public and private sectors. Joe is a Trainer of Trainers in good corporate governance certified by the Global Corporate Governance Forum/International Finance Corporation. He is a Fellow of both the Institute of Directors of Zambia (F.IoDZ) and of South Africa (F.Inst.D).

He serves on the board of Zambia Metal Fabricators (ZAMEFA) and is a past president of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants Zambia Branch (CIMA).
